Do customers need to download an app?
No. They join via QR code or link in the browser, and can add Virtual Loyalty Cards to their home screen without an app store. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support is planned next.
How do staff add stamps?
Staff scan the customer’s membership QR on a phone or tablet. When a card is complete, redemption is a separate action so rewards aren’t claimed twice by mistake.
Is it suitable for multi-site or franchise businesses?
Yes. It’s built as multi-tenant software with head office and site views, roles, sharing groups, and analytics — start with one venue and add more later.
Do you lock us into a payment provider?
No. Virtual Loyalty Cards is POS-agnostic. Loyalty runs alongside Square, SumUp, cash, or whatever you already use.
